Bio
My journey began in 1989 with a Federoga Italia course and developed through intensive training in Italy (Satyananda Yoga Ashram) and India, culminating in my Teacher Certificate from the Bihar School of Yoga, one of the most respected yoga schools in the world.
Over the years, I have taught in yoga centers, associations, gyms, companies, and for individuals, both in Italy and abroad, leading classes and stages in English as well. My experience includes Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Tantra Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathing techniques, meditation, and personalized Yoga Therapy (especially with Parkinson's and cancer patients) and Yoga Coaching.
For me, yoga is primarily a personal journey that should be integrated into everyday life, with an authentic approach, far from mere marketing hype. My approach combines tradition, experience, and individual sensitivity, creating a space where body, mind, and breath can find balance, strength, and harmony.
With a degree in Political Science/International Relations, I am also an author and writer who has contributed to Yoga Journal, specialized websites, and women's magazines.
I continue to deepen my study of yoga as a tool for growth and inner transformation, in order to offer practices that help people live their daily lives with greater serenity and awareness.
Yoga should not be a performance, but an experience that leads us to harmonize and integrate the various parts of ourselves with a free and non-dogmatic attitude.
